Free Shipping for the Orders* Above AUD 139

We offer Free Standard Shipping for eligible orders including Johnson & Johnson products over AUD $139. For other orders, a flat shipping rate of $9.99 applies to all major cities across Australia. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch.

Rural delivery orders typically arrive in about 7-10 working days after we ship them.

All orders are sent via Sendle and Australia Post depending on location.

Delays
There may be a delay for some Toric, astigmatism and multifocal prescriptions. If the delay is more than 5 days you will be notified via email.

Higher powers Such as (above -4.00) are subjected to delay up to 5-7 working days. If so, customer will be notified with relevant information via email.

Cancellations

If you choose to cancel or return your order after it has already been shipped, a standard delivery fee of $9.99 will be deducted from your refund amount to cover shipping costs incurred.

If you want to cancel your order please contact us on 1300 609 229. Any cancellations made during working hours, before your item has been dispatched, will be accepted. If your item has already been dispatched we will be unable to make any amendments to the item.

Successful cancellations with be refunded within 5-7 working days.

If you receive your item, and decide you would like to change your order, you are welcome to make an exchange.

Exchanges

We promise to provide an exchange service on items up to 14 days after the order purchase date. Items sent for exchange must be unopened and in original condition.

Exchanges can be performed for the same product with a different prescription, or for a different product of the same value.

When an exchange is requested for a product of different value, the price difference will be calculated excluding the delivery charge of the original purchase.

Returns and Refunds


All returned items must be in original, unopened condition and returned within 14 days of delivery. Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a refund.

If the branded box containing your contact lenses has been opened, your return will not be accepted, and you will not be eligible for a refund.

Once accepted, refunds will take 5–7 days to show up in your account.

If a customer has entered an incorrect prescription, we will exchange the contact lenses provided they are unopened and in their original condition. (Return shipping charges will be at customer's cost and to resend the right contact lenses)
